The Brooks Hyperion Elite LD is a fairly relaxed distance spike that rolls you through your stride allowing you to be extremely efficient for long distance events. It has a very smooth feel, but if you want to pick up the pace, it will respond and give you more pop. The Hyperion Elite LD does feel a bit more aggressive than the Dragonfly with more of a rolling feeling. Notably Josh Kerr, the 1500m World Champion wore these to take down a loaded field.
