The Hoka Mach 6 is a lightweight and bouncy training shoe designed for fun and fast everyday miles. It has an aggressive rocker geometry underfoot which encourages faster paces and makes speed workouts a ton of fun. The downside here is that the Mach 6 isn't the most stable or versatile—better options for runners looking for a do-it-all shoe are the New Balance 860v14 and Adidas Adizero SL2. The cushion also tends to lose some structure and bounce after 90 minutes running, but the platform remains more fun and peppier than most no matter the distance.
